you did a great job with this video! I was just looking for a little bit of information. shark navigator Lift-Away upright vacuum with self-cleaning brushroll is on sale at Costco for $150
Excellent video! Just put mine together and about to take it for it's first spin around the house.❤ Have owned Sharks for many many yrs. Absolutely love them, way better than my $600 Kirby . Thank you!
Thanks for this great video. I’ve had mine for about a year and there is a lot of hair on the roller. At first it was clearing off the roller, but now it’s not. Do I need to take it apart and cut out the hair like the old school vacuums? I was hoping I didn’t have to do that with this self cleaning brushroll vac. 🤔😊
Your channel has been a godsend since I begun shopping for vacuums thank you 🙏 I am just about sold on this specific Shark model. Would you recommend this for a high rise rug? If not are there any you would recommend for a high pile rug? Thanks again for the videos
Hi! For super high pile rugs (2.5" and up) , the shark self cleaning brushroll can be too powerful. In this case, sub $175, the bissell surfacesense on sale or the shark navigator professional. They are bulletproof, not the lightest, but very easy to use.
@TheFrenchGlow do you recommend a mop/vacuum that I can choose how much water to spray and not have it automatically dispense? I have one I'm not satisfied with because it automatically sprays and I want to choose how much water
For hard / carpet floor combination (hard floor in living room, carpet floor in bedroom) is it better to get a regular vacuum like Shark Navigator, or wed-dry vacuum like Bissel Crosswave, or even a steam one like Bissel Hydrosteam.
If the head is powered up (lights on) and no longer rotates, I would first check that no string or cords have tangled the brushroll. If not that, it sounds like the motor inside the roller head might have broken.
Thank you so much for asking this question! I bought this model today, and for the life of me, I couldn't tilt it back either. Can't wait to try it out! 😊
Thank you for the guidance. We returned the 380, which we found hard to push, loud, heavier, and did not pick up on first pass. Followed your recommendation and just wanted to let people know!! @@TheFrenchGlow

Has this roller scratched your hardwood? Makes me nervous not being able to completely turn the roller off in the hardwood floors
Shark had just released their first carpet washer on Monday and Filter Queen also released their first cordless vacuum cleaner.
Hi! Thank you! I am currently testing sharks carpet washer and will report back once we test it fully.

Can you remove the canister to reach under low area’s such as coffee tables with rotating brush??? (Like my old shark)
Great video. Just used my lift away. Question... any adjustments for thicker carpet? It's real hard to push around on setting 1 or 2. Thanks
Do you recommend a vacuum only or a mop/vacuum combo with hard wood only?
Hi! I recommend a mop/vac corded for best reliability and a mop/vac cordless with min 2 year warranty +1 year on a cc.

Just purchased the ZU55. CAN'T find how to separate the motor from the power brush.

What's the difference between the ZU503AMZ and ZU561? Is there one you would prefer over the other? I'm trying to choose between these models. Thanks!
Great video!
Love your video…the handle doesn’t click when inserted, so it doesn’t connect.
but how do u clean the gunk out so the roller will keep running?
Can this tilt back and go under the bed and dresser?
Can those metal pieces on the roller replaceable?
Metal pieces?
Thank you! Awesome review!!
My roller head is no longer.rotating. Any ideas what could be wrong ?

@@TheFrenchGlow darn it no lights. Just great!! Thanks!!
does it have a belt?
but how do you tilt it back, i dont get that. just bought one
Hi! Just hold the base down with your foot and pull handle back. Should release with a gentle pull
@@TheFrenchGlowhow can I make it easier on carpet

Is it self propelled?
It will feel self propelled. But you still have to push the vacuum forward
Thank you for the video well made! I hope your wife was not embarrassed about the hair you used lol
No matter what I do, everything clicks in just fine but the handle. Anyone else have this issue or know the fix?
Its significantly better than the Navigator 380. Far lighter, easier to push, stronger
I love it.

Thank you for not making us listen to the vacuum.
