- Today in our village we make soft layered parotta recipe without adding the egg. Some people add sugar, egg, or banana to make perfect soft paratha but we did not use anything but we made perfect soft parotta. In this video, we show how to make soft parotta easily.
Finally, we enjoy the parotta with our favorite mutton gravy! The taste is Yummy!

Parota is one of my favourite food. Looking at the master preparing gives immense happiness. He Is pro for sure, He must have cooked lakhs of parotas in his life.... Whenever i visit tamil nadu I don't miss parotas and Dosa there.

@@princesamuel3831 It is all the same. North Indian Lachcha Paratha came to Kerala and became Parotta. It was brought to Kerala by Memon Muslims who migrated from Gujarat. Afterwards, it spread from there to TN and Ceylon. Later on, it was carried by Tamil Muslims to Singapore/Malaysia, from where it spread to the rest of SE Asia.
