  • My Morning Routine (and why I do what I do)
    I love seeing how other people go about their lives. I wish I could see what people do in their mornings, what they do at work, what they do for fun, what's not so fun for them. All of it. I figure if thats stuff I would like to see, maybe others are the same. If you want to know what I do in my mornings, check it out.
    𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞: Train at this time solely because life gets in way when I try other times of the day. I actually much prefer training at night - more mobile and better able to learn concepts.
    𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈𝐧 𝐌𝐲 𝐄𝐲𝐞𝐬: If I could, I would aim to get sun in there within my first 90 mins of waking but instead I am staring into florescent lights. Make sure I get a good look at the sky after it though.
    𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦: It's just rude if you live by the beach and don't do this. I try hold off looking at any screens until after this.
    𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭: Aim for midday but generally try to hold off as late as possible to keep the fast going.
    𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞: If you see me with a coffee, it means somethings wrong and you should ask #AreYouOkay. Answer is yes but I probably have a lot of admin on that day.
    Routines change as life changes but hope to look after my health for as long as possible. She's number 1.

    Any tips on some morning routine MUST DOs that I should incorportate? Don't make them too hard, pls.
