Go to Cabelas or Bass Pro Shop and pick up a fox decoy for about $20. These things work in any application. We had a major geese problem at the golf course and they wouldn't let me shoot them with the bow. So I put one of these things up and I have never seen a goose there yet.
We didn't have much luck with the floating beacon. The geese swam right past it and on to our shore. The light broke off and we couldn't get a replacement light. We've had much better luck with other yard application tactics, but have not tried the fox decoy. That'll be next..thanks!
