- With a last minute engine swap, Chavus and Chase get everything race ready for the Deep South 100 at Deep South Speedway in Loxley Alabama! The brand new Wall2Wall Performance Racing engine proved to be a great investment! We had a great weekend with our family and our awesome friends! We met a bunch of new fans, and that is always awesome! We pitted beside a traveling professional racer, “Big Daddy Joe Duvall”!!! It was neat to get a front row seat to watch a big named driver dial in a car at a track that they he had never visited! Thank y’all for watching and following along! Awesome run. Tough luck on that wreck but both of yall were driving hard. One of those racing things honestly. You held your ground and he was fighting to hold his. Sometimes it happens and not much you can do but learn from it. You were driving the wheels off it and had a ton of good restarts which made up a lot of ground. Keep up the hard work and good luck next season. I will continue to follow yall all the way from South Korea.

The drive off there for a while was some of the best I've seen in a modified. Heck there was a few times Chase was pulling The 91 off. Looks like tires fell off a a little towards the end. Y'all absolutely don't have anything to hang your heads about. They definitely knew you were there.

As a street stock driver from the late 90s early 2000 I wish I could wheel a car like you. You young man have a god giving talent that y’all aren’t letting go to waste. A very impressive run, that new engine has lots of potential !! Have you ever raced at a IMCA Sanctioned race before? Here in Iowa, the IMCA modified class is very popular. You would do well here in Iowa.
We couldn’t be more satisfied with our new Wall 2 Wall racing engine! We are not IMCA legal so we haven’t ever ran any IMCA events!

It was a great night of racing and hanging out with friends. What started out to be the worst season possible because of covid turned out to be one of the most memorable one for me so far. Looking forward to the 2021 season .

The stud was actually made out of aluminum and we over tighten it to make sure to prevent that from happening, but it sheared off. We don’t rush our maintenance.

To me it looks like its just a matter of seat time for Chase, his skills are pretty darned good if you ask me
@@taylormartin90 Well I wasn't saying Chase cannot wheel a car. I am saying that having a driver that is as skilled as Greg Skaggs with the racing resume that he is would assist in advancing his skills. Because Greg has been there done that, and there are things only a veteran driver has knowledge of, which can help in honing a younger driver's skills. Plus Chase is looking at driving for Greg's cousin Joe Duvall. So it should make it easier to get together with Greg. Which no one should be beyond wanting too better themselves if they get a chance.

The man who taught me to drive always told me that the day I stopped learning things was the day I needed to hang up my racing suit. It took a wreck instead for me to be forced out of a NASCAR modified. But you are right.
So how does that tire sample work? Every race track do this? If so thats a awesome idea, no tire doping, or cheater compounds, how does that work?

Chase if you need a tutor with aggressive actions and how to take the spot. You need to take a look at RTJ's in car camera views. (My favorite is the last Bristol race, oh man it is fun, feels like I was driving.) When he is coming thru traffic, if someone make the simplest mistake of making an opening for a car, to take the spot, he takes it, you can't wait. Enjoy watching he is a monster at this, he will not hesitate, nor should you, earn where you want to finish. I personally have never entered a race think I would not win, even if I did not. Go get what you want kid...
