Maybe it's just me but I keep thinking that truck would look good with some ram air intakes for the turbos sticking out the sides from behind the cab.

Kinda Sketchy the 4WD fails on. Imagine doing a dyno run and you loose a vacuum line or the pump and it throws it into 4WD

F150 hubs are vacuum actuated. In the F150 if the vacuum pump fails, they are always locked. With the F150, you have the transfer case that can disengage four-wheel-drive though.
It’ll just sheer the IBR hubs it’s not a big deal.
Not really it's like that in an oem truck too... My old GMC failed on and so did my new Silverado 2500 and both instances it was below freezing in the middle of winter so thank God it fails on if it failed off I would have never got my trailer and snow equipment home

The vacuum pump is cool ! But.....I would definitely be worried about it loosing vacuum for whatever reason while doing a dyno pull. Maybe just pull the hubs for dyno mode.

I'm thinking the same thing those vacuum hubs loose vacuum for any reason during a dyno pull or even a burnout competition. Things are gonna get really entertaining and also expensive

The only issue I can see with the Vac powered 4wd 2wd is that if it fails mid dyno pull you can launch yourself off with the front engaging, similar if you're mid burnout and it fails

I'm a ford guy and I love coyotes! But the LS is a good platform and makes great power. I'll take my coyotes but, of you like LS do what you like!
Ford has it's problems too. They do Rev higher and maintain power throughout the pull . But if you do what these guys do to it they wouldn't last 6 to 8k rpm pretty much consistently, oil gallies on Ford are not big enough. LS will and always has been better at that. I work on both 35Yrs just my opinion 😊

I would highly recommend not dynoing that thing in 2 wheel drive using that vacuum pump. if that pump fails during the pull and those front wheels lock back you got a major major problem.
