Add some tracks like on kayaks to the tops of the sides of the boat and you could mount rod holders, camera mounts etc to the boat and not take up room on the inside. Cool little boat though.
still got to be 100 pounds to drag around once you figure all the stuff, battery/ motor/ etc ... which is why I finally gave up the kayak thing a decade ago. The 8 foot aluminum Jon boats were always far lighter than todays plastic boats.. Which cant be found any more sadly.
I would get rid of those floor pedals and put kayak style pedals on it. You don't need that toggle switch on the pedal with throttle control on the side. Too much junk to get tangled up in.
Can that live well be removed? I prefer standing up fishing and using a tiller troll motor, easier to cast net while moving. It should be at least 44" wide if they have a troll motor option. That live well needs to go if I get it, the width and live well in the middle turned me off, so I went with nucano frontier 12, they lost me, I am still reluctant.

Looks like a great creek boat!
