That worked! I had been using a brass wire brush to clean the contacts when it would not make a good contact but today I could not get it to make a good connection. A few sipes with a piece of sandpaper and voila, blinking yellow light. Thanks.

Don't use sandpaper to clean the contacts! Use a magic eraser or a pencil eraser as the sandpaper will damage them overtime and it will void your warranty

Don't use the pencil. Use an eraser to clean the contacts and remove the single front roller. Clean the hair and build up on/in the pin of the roller and replace it.
