Im a 22 year Old from South Africa
I started my agency 6 months ago and it was tough, it honestly still is I've got no client and no money but I do have prospects after 6 months of hitting wall after wall somehow the former president wants to see me and my team next we to provide AI service for his Party
All im saying is that its gonna be a long hard road but if you keep pushing Somethings gonna give and you will thank yourself
if you are here now trying to learn and build something you are early, very early, most people have never heard of AI agents yet and food for thought you never achieve what you never pursue
I agree. In fact, each advancement in AI brings new opportunities.
People need to keep in mind of ~10% rule. Only 1/10 people will succeed and get to "that" status.
Then if you are one of 9 people, you will either quit or keep continuing to get into that 10%.

I'm 3 years away from looking back and saying this was staring me in the face haha thanks for the motivation to get started brother, I can see that no matter what, A.I is something i'm going to be developing for my business, so I may as well really make it the main skill acquisition I go for.

Anyone who refers to something as an Ai agency does not have the intelligence to start any sort of business
If you dont have a background in computer science, you're not an AI expert or an AI agency. You're a marketer who is taking advantage of businesses who dont know about AI to make money.
I agree with you in some extent - I don't have a degree in computer science but I create ai applications and browser automations as well as sophisticated business ai automations. It ticks me off watching all these people who think they are AI experts but they are out here selling prompts lol

Nah brother the years we are living have been showing us that extended background in computer science is not necessary for the big majority of things anymore, you can build complex solutions using no code/low code applications in most cases if you know how to use them. Being able to provide a solution to an audience's problem using an AI system/product in scale makes you an AI agency. Or else we wouldn't have web designers because only people who know how to code can build websites
Precisely no client in your market gives a fuck . Solve a problem worth more than what your charging, and that is all there is to it
