That was great! 👍Since I did such a hard leg workout yesterday, I went a bit lighter today on the lower body strength moves (not much lighter, though!). Whew, those sumo squat pulses are deceptively killer! 🔥😅I loved the upper/lower blasts to fatigue the muscles before hitting strength, I felt that! 💪 I loved this workout, Tracy! I'll definitely be coming back to this one again another time!
I was feeling every part of that My heart rate stayed elevated. This was awesome. My triceps abd biceps were on fire. I used 12. 17, 25, and (1) 35lb.❤
I loved this workout. I couldn't figure out why I was getting so tippy on the first round of lunges and then I realized I was holding my 20s instead of my 15s. 🤣😳
