30 Minute Upper Body Strength Circuit with Stratton - This is a workout focused on upper body. Each circuit will have 5 exercises all for upper body. We'll target back, chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Excellent workout!! I have to tell you something hysterical. My 5 year old granddaughter was exercising with me and she said, “Nonnie “Straightman” (what she calls you lol) said nipple. Pinwheel curl- palm up or towards the body?
You can do it either way. Palm up will hit a bit more of the short biceps head. Toward the body is a bit more brachialis.
