We like to use 4 pound floro or 6 pound mono. The more expensive, the better.

Varied. I was using a 1/16th oz buckshot. Worked well.

Is your daily limit six sauger plus six walleye or is it six combined.

6 total per day per person. Max of 4 walleyes. You could keep 6 sauger if you wanted to. Majority of the fish we caught we sauger.
