I just love costco's cheese cake its the best cheese cake i've had so far. but I do miss their tres leches cake. for some reason they stopped making them dang it. I wish I knew the recipe to that cake.
I bet you could just pour some "La Lechera" Dulce de leche on top. (Any grocery store should have it. If not, you can just buy "La Lechera" condensed milk and let it cook inside the can in a water bath.

the costco cheesecake is for me the best in the world. other cheesecakes are good until very good, but the costco is the king
you simply invert it (it was initially sprayed with pam) and it comes right out. Sorry our cake batter is a company secret.
They were previously sprayed with Pam before batter was poured...
