Hey Love YOUR CHANNEL I guess because I have an X2 Ludicrous on the way. So your really helping me out. Also Changing the chain from KMC to a non-Hollow pin 12 gear chain will make a huge difference. We broke kmc chains a lot on our regular m600 bike & we switched to connex(don't think they make a 12 gear chain) but it fixed the problem.
Thank you. The stock chain works good for me if you buy better masterlinks that are shaped like an 8 rather then the half moon one it came with. The half moon ones make the derailleur shake around and can make you bend teeth on the cassette. But I take a punch and hammer to hammer them back in alignment. And I use a thin nail puller behind the bent tooth to support the other teeth from moving.
I have a Luna X-1 and I can no longer turn it on. Everything worked fine on the last ride, Now nothing lights up when I try to activate it. The battery shows about 90% but no action up top. Is there a service location where I can get some assistance near Nashville, Tn. or a Luna owner that has some experience on trouble shooting these bikes? I am a 75 y.o. retired carpenter and troubleshooting electrics is next to impossible for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks Tony
On mine the Battery needed 2 wires disconnected that were going to the chrome battery button. The button was faulty. It disconnects the battery so it won't lose charge when in storage. Not really needed. Luna has a battery fix video. Just send email to support@lunacycle.com. They have gotten back with me pretty fast in 1 day.
maybe add wireless tire pressure gauges to rims and add whatever brand you use their app to phone?

Though watching the complexity makes me wish I bought a Z1. No worry of overheating ever top speed of 38mph. So yeah.... hmmm..
I would probably been happy with the Z1. But I really like my X2. I never over heated it.
