Well, it can't be a tenth of that, the Prevo chassis alone is 800k.... And that's before any coach work... Overpriced at 2.8 yes...... But they should probably be 1.7/ 1.8 milll...and from the research I've done and read about the negotiated prices of these new coaches come waaay down from list...... I don't know why the industry does this, maybe it's to brag they sell the most expensive coaches, but I wouldn't be surprised if this one shown sells for 2.1. 2.2. Especially if it was built on spec..... Still alot...
Regardless of price point, most all RV’s (up until recently) DO only have ONE bedroom. The couches and the dining area folds down to make more sleeping space. Guessing you’ve never been in an RV of any kind before…

at the end of the day its just a motorhome, for nearly 3 million you could own a mansion on several acres that will not depreciate in 10 years again its nice but not for that kind of money at 2.8 mill in 10 years it will be worth about 750k buy used if you must

If you can afford this motor home, you're not worried about a little depreciation, nor the fact that you could buy a 1200 sq ft condo in NYC or that 3 million will get you a mansion on several acres. That motor home will fit just fine in the that $20 million dollar mansion 10 bay garage on the couple of hundred acres paid for by the many building, business and financial holdings the owner would have. You all know this stuff. I get to be in those circles from time to time and I can tell you, they don't live in the same world most of us do. That's why these motorhomes will sell.

I called on this company back in the 1990`s. Mike Andretti,and Shania Twain each had these RV`s. They sold for over 2 million in the 1990`s. I asked the production supervisor for Monaco if he would buy one of these. He said "hell no"! They are always needing repairs and one or more system is constantly broken. He also said you need to sell them when they get more than 25,000 miles. RV stands for Ruined Vacation. Ha,ha.
The buses themselves are good buses. My brother in law works for his uncles tour bus company. They buy Prevost buses. They run them ten or more years. Proper maintenance is important. When celebrities are performing near by they bring their fancy buses there for service or repairs

To arrive at $725,000, the price at which it is offered to a potential buyer. Expect first year depreciation of about 20 to 25%, and 10 to 15% depreciation per year thereafter.
Yeah. You really don’t need to be good at it either. I used to transport them. And they are junk. Everyone I have ever transported had much damage inside after driving it because they are out together very very poorly. You could only make them better. Most if the people who put them together are stoned.

Well let me tell you something, I'm a diesel mechanic on motor coaches/semis. The parts/labor to replace all its commercial components/parts is a very expensive job, so make sure you got enough cashuroo in your pocket if you planning on buying one that is, because if you want to get one just remember in the back of your head at all times (unless you work for a commercial business, or if you're rich enough) that you'll just be burning holes in your pants. It ain't cheap when owning one that's for sure.
Ummm on a basic inline 6 diesel engine? Maybe 10 to 20 grand for a over haul after it reach 1 million miles.... beside that I don't see how that shit is worth 2.8 million dollar

But it Appreciates in Value as time goes on, And " you Actually Accrue Equity " ! But All that one Accrues in a " House on Wheels " is the required costs ( taxes exctra ), Depreciation, And Trouble !

Well let me tell you something, I'm a diesel mechanic on motor coaches/semis. The parts/labor to replace all its commercial components/parts is a very expensive job, so make sure you got enough cashuroo in your pocket if you planning on buying one that is, because if you want to get one just remember in the back of your head at all times (unless you work for a commercial business, or if you're rich enough) that you'll just be burning holes in your pants. It ain't cheap when owning one that's for sure.
Someone who has a 3M coach isn't worried about the little bills. Plus they are a business write-off.

@@Flap999 When I visited Texas once, I saw an old school bus that had been modified into a camper, parked at one of the parks along the Rio. They had an awesome pull out on one side giving then an exterior undercover for camping along outside. Quite liked it on the cheaper side.
