Thailand National Anthem time in Nong Khai!

As in all Thailand. At 8 in morning and 6 in the evening thousands of speakers around the country ask the people to stop all activities, stand up and show honor to the National Anthem.. And so they do. Also in the small town of Nong Khai at the banks of the Mekong river, bordering Laos.
