Problem with the latex/urethane mix is it will eventually yellow. Same with Modge podge/Latex mix.
Try mixing matte mediums/gloss mediums with your paint. Actually helps the flow and seals it too.

I've been using plasti-dip for a couple years now and I love it! :) very easy and simple to use it keeps a great stretch and is very clear

get some clear plasti dip spray from walmart and spray over the autograph. boom.
