I’m not an outdoorsy girl, but there’s something about the Cruz that I just love!
Non-outdoorsy guy here-I completely agree! I’ve always loved those El Caminos and Subaru Bajas, and I know in Australia they’re called utes and are as commonplace as pickups are in North America. I’m definitely looking at the Santa Cruz as my next vehicle.
Had my cruz 2 years zero complaints ..a blast to drive ..comfort and technology beyond most american brands ...its not meant to be a truck platform but versatile car truck Suv in one ..best purchase in 30 years ..u will always have haters ...nd jealousy
Hyundai needs to make the Santa Cruz in a hybrid and plug-in hybrid model. If they had that I would buy it tomorrow. And so would thousands of other people. I don’t understand why Hyundai keeps dropping the ball on this.
I am waiting for an EV version or even Hybrid
10:47 you aren’t in the way! We are here to see you just as much as the vehicles!
Black sidesteps are a pain when exiting the vehicle. Rear passenger exit is also difficult if you have size ten or larger shoes, other than those two things its a fun vehicle to ride in.
I am excited about this vehicle. I have been a contractor for 30 years, I still need the utility but I absolutely DO NOT want another body on frame truck. I was looking at the Ridgeline but the Santa Cruz has many similar features and I can put 10 grand back in my pocket
Doesn't the Ridgeline have a little bit bigger bed?
Also the warranty is NOT a true 5 year 50000,,,,,,,,,,, Just a few that is does NOT cover///// brakes lights belts hoses gaskets tires glass and a how lot more
Dust collector on the inside trim,....and monitor...rather have dials for easy volume adjustment.
Tuson what NOT DESIGNED 1st AS I HAVE A 2005 Hyundai Tuson
the transmission will be a problem longevity wise. DCT dry or wet will cost you in repairs big dollars if you dont know how not to drive it
DO NOT hit a bird are a butterfly and you will need a NEW Radiator and maybe also a grill
I drive a gmc sierra. I love my truck, but the gas kills me sometimes. Maybe this would be a good vehicle for longer drives when I don't need the full size. Plus my kids would appreciate the extra backseat room.
I’ve heard a lot of owners have had trouble with the duel clutch automatic transmission. At any rate the base equipment naturally aspirated 4cyl is plenty powerful for my needs.
Beautiful, not talking about the car.
Also it is NOT water tight why told u that ???????????????????????????
The video still comes across choppy at times, is it a internet issue during the live stream?
I didn't know this thing had that storage in the bed.
We don't have those here in the philippines:((
only Korean samsung company I trust
Brat came before the Baja youngster
Nice compact unibody pickup but too expensive ! I’ll wait for Toyota and Subarus version !
too bad you have to spend so much $$ just to get the turbo engine. You can get an Ecoboost Maverick with the proven 2.0 turbo for only a couple $K over base
at the end of the day, electric is a big fail.
I'm currently not in the Car / SUV market, but this "truck" wets my appetite for a new future consideration to replace my 22 Acura MDX (lease expires 8/24). One concern which is of concern. There are a Rash of KIAs and Hyundais being stolen in some inner cities in the US? Has KIA / Hyundai addresed the issue which seems to center on an Immobilizer to prevent the car thefts?
i love the girl more than he truck
Is Gaby Single ?
that tonneau cover is huge, and being forced to buy the car with that is insane. It takes up so much space in an already tiny bed.
oh my god i love the girl so
Cool car. Gabby presents very well. This would be cool in an EV.
MERHABA HUNDAİİ SATICILARI BENİM OGLUM YÜZDE 90 ENGELLİ YARDIMCI OLURASANIZ ARABALARINIZDAN ALMAK İSTERİZ TEŞEKKÜR EDERİM
get rid of the DCT transmission in all models. Junk
Gabi,
When are you going to post the video about your weekend with the truck?
We just bought one today and I love the things you point out in this video. Great job.
Excellent video. Gabby made the show. 👍

Great to hear! I hope you enjoy your new ride!
Want one sooo bad 🤗
This is 4x4?
It is all wheel drive!
Price ??
I enjoy my Santa Cruz. I just don't like every idiot trying to race me every where I go. I don't get caught up in that. But. I blew some doors off of stupid people driving stupid vehicles trying to test it. I realize that this is not a race car. I bought it for its function and fuel efficiency. It does have some zip to it. Good enough for me. I just feel like I am a target for owning one of these. Does anyone else see this?
Yep, you are not alone there. Every time, there is someone trying to go at it. I have the 2023 Limited Edition, and I switch it to sport mode the moment I realize what's about to happen 😂😂😂
How much it can tow?
5000 lbs.
