Honestly, i would have dropped this run like on caves 2 with this shit damage. He managed to live till damn Cathedral. NL got some serious skills and patience.
It was the fucking best seeing him not get a devil deal item that would help from The Fallen, like Brimstone, or basically almost any passive other than the familiars, and he got headless baby. Fucking stellar

For anyone that wants to watch the whole thing it's episode 652 [WAX] from rebirth. There's another run of NL where he plays as the lost and gets farting baby episode 21 of Afterbirth+ series - quality entertainment. Thanks for making this video Juice!
