    Is this dishwasher safe?

      @TheCatAteMyShoe Год назад

      I can answer that! Yes, it is. I washed a mug after I tried this and it seams safe! I washed the mug over a dozen times without any damage to the image! However, solvents like acetone will remove the image. But dish washing liquids and powders are safe.

    Does this paper work on mugs with sublimation coating?

    • @HeatPressNation
      @HeatPressNation  2 года назад +1

      Yes. However, sublimation transfers will be more durable on mugs with a sublimation coating. We would recommend this product as a great alternative for mugs where sublimation is not an option.

    Can use this transfer paper with any laser white toner printer?

      Hi there! This paper is tested and compatible with OKI Pro8432WT, OKI C711WT, and OKI C831TS printers. It would also be compatible with Crio white toner printers.

    Ok 2 questions ....Why do u always talk about the type of printer?? Why does that matter if we're all using white toner and this paper?? Also, I was told by support over and over in the last few weeks to NOT use high pressure. I always have with other mugs, but they just told me to use the amount of pressure needed to just close it easily. This still does not work for my mugs. I've used over 12 mugs with info from support & none of it works to print on my mugs. I need help. Thanx

      If we don't mention the printer, we'll get a bunch of comments asking what printer we're using. lol. We also want to indicate that this is a white toner printer and not a regular laser printer.
      We used high pressure in this test, but that may not work in every case. If support has instructed you to lighten up on your pressure, you should go by their recommendation. I would also recommend sharing a photo of your failed result in our Facebook group (HeatPressNation Creators) or the White Toner Success group.

      @@HeatPressNation it doesnt work when I lighten up the pressure. And I've talked to 3 different people in support & all 3 of them have said 3 different things. I'm pretty sure no one knows how to use this paper. So I guess I'll try what your saying.

      because some ppl don't know that you can only use this paper with white toner printers.

    That looks like it can be scratched off.

      It holds up surprisingly. I scratched a similar transfer up with some scissors. If you go to about 30:16 of this video, you can see: ruclips.net/video/nn2KS0625JM/видео.html
      I don't go crazy on it, as you'll see. But it held up well to a light scratching. I suppose any transfer will come off if you scrape it hard enough.
