    Do you think all these exercises can replace traditional gym work completely?
    Is there anything from traditional gym work that you do continue to do?

    This is great stuff. I'm really thinking Tforce is king!
    But don't forget we CAN'T increase Tforce without also increasing the recovery/swing leg force too!
    We want the front limb to pullback faster so the back limb has to pull forward faster too. There is no way around it.
    And i believe it's more the back leg that is the limiting factor! Finally this is only possible if the core can handle those torques well.
