Shirt done 🥳 time for the pants now and then I gotta get more yarn 😰 I only have 2 skeins for the pants.. but I’m using the Bernat velvet emerald green, it’s so pretty and soft
i just made this because i saw someone share a version they'd made of this on tiktok and it turned out so well! adjusted it so it was a bit longer in the torso and had thicker straps but thank you so much for the tutorial (especially as a beginner) - can't wait to make the other matching set parts 😍

Can you tell me what size hook to use and what kind of yarn? Can I make the top longer & how? Im a big lady!!
9mm Hook, and i used bernat blanket yarn, which is regular size chille style yarn (there is a picture of this at 0:59 ) to make this longer, follow the tutorial and make the crop top first, and then reattach and make rows along the bottom of it (like the "band" part if it was a bra) and keep going until your top is the length that you want. You could even do a new stitch on this part if you want it to be extra fun!

Okay I know I'm probably working a nerve but I'm just trying to know how much yarn in total I'm going to need to get tomorrow, So I noticed on all videos that you say 8.5 skeins is that in total for one piece or in total for whole set?
8.5 skeins total, but this is based on my own sizing so you may want to grab an extra one just in case- it’s the worst when you run out mid-project!
