My length between my under bust and the side of my body is 13 inches, but im nearly done making the square and its measure at 15 inches now. Should i just keep going or start again? I'm worried it will be too big!

I'm working on this now. If I started with 45 hdc should I have 45 rows as well at the end, or do I just keep folding it to see if it's a perfect square?

I'm not sure if it will make a perfect 45 by 45 square because theres a whole bunch of factors that affect it (type of yarn, tension, etc) , but I'd check by using a measuring tape or folding to get to that perfect square !
