CLOSE Swimming Men`s 800m Freestyle Final | Tokyo 2020 Replays
Finke came back like when you get messaged from your girl that’s she’s home alone 😂
Her: Babe come over.
Finke: I can't, I'm at the Olympics.
Her: My parents aren't home.
Finke: 11:50
Now this tactics will not work anymore . Now girlfriends of so many swimmers calling in the last 50m that's why Finke farting out of victory now a days 😂
@@nightflyer3242😂
Finke gave Nesty a major flashback of his own upset win in 1988 with that final 50 and barely out-touching the race favorite.
I like the reaction of the coaches.
6:24 how dig can they deep is the question indeed
LMAO
haha heard that aswell
I love Wellbrock's technique, very smooth and stable.
It's too bad he didn't medal here. But, he did get one for the 1500 m. Finke was just too fast and brilliant!!!!!❤🇺🇲🏅
He has to be smooth and stable, the guys a twig
Finke came out of nowhere.
Way to go Finke! that's how you close it out. 👍👍
That last 50 was faster than my 50m free pb
11:50 we NEED, DEMAND a new comentator for Paris. The most exciting finish to the greatest 800m race ever and I felt NOTHING with that narration
Finke was not just in fourth place at the final turn, he was _substantially_ behind Romanchuk in third place. About a full body length behind. He absolutely SCORCHED the last 50 meters of this race, and Wellbrock just died in the last 50. Kudos to Paltrinieri, also, for a gutsy performance coming off a case of Mono that had to weaken him.
Amazing race 🙋🏻♂️
I can’t wait to see the 2024 summer Olympic Games in Paris France with the USA team there
Now it’s time
Paltrinieri should’ve gone way faster except he was:
-circle swimming/swam into the lane line
-had too much of a galloping stroke for a 800
-never streamlines (6:09, 8:07, 10:34)
I think he would’ve won and he should’ve been much faster than he was
@Rockemsockem not making excuses for him… just pointing out the simple mistakes that he made that made him unable to win gold
@Rockemsockem the guy literally just had mononucleosis
His stroke on some of the sky shots looked worse than my stroke. And I hardly made state.
@@filippoborsato7288 second place after having mono is absolutely AMAZING!!°°
@@qwerty112311 worse when compared to a standard style. His is specialized style.
Nobody:
Paltrinieri: How can I make this harder for myself?
maybe you can go under 7:41? otherwise why are you talking
Un maravilla muy bueno 😊😊😮❤
I can’t wait to see Katie Ledecky and Katie grimes at the 2024 summer Olympic Games in Paris France and Katie grimes at the 2024 Olympic Games trials
The race was close as fuch, close than few 100m races.
the insane length of what they swam i would have ACTUALLY DIED trying to do that at my full speed
ok is paltrinieri circle swimming or something?
Super 🎉
Best race ever!!!
Start 04:15
Oaks are doing 54 seconds for final 100m of an 800m free... my fasterest 100m free was a 55.5😩
Le metió turbo en los últimos 50m jajaja 😅.
Finally!!! Women's 100 Breast next please!! 🙏
WELLBROCK!!!!!!!!
Sun Yang is the KING of the 800m, 1500m
I take just 45 minute
4
Mano olha a puxada do cara? Tipo muito além do centro do corpo, virando errado, não faz streamline, nadando meio torto. Ganhou 2 Fodase
ele teve mononucleose alguns meses antes de nadar, deve ter atrapalhado ele nesses detalhes mas o treino que ele ja tinha feito deu pra segurar, e ele tambem sempre foi um nadador que nadou muito mais no esforço do que na tecnica
😂
Slow swimmers
Tell me you've never swam before without telling me you've never swam before:
Humanly impossible 😌
Felt a little bad for Paltrinieri🥲 for showing this much strength and losing in last 5 seconds But amazed by Flinke too, USA always have some plan.😄😄
