Issue is bhai, Kshitij channel is based on promotion of hook-up culture and men-women sexual interactions and I think he sees men being too wary as threat to his business (don't know he does it intentionally or unconsciously) and hence, he starts to downplay the danger of the one sided Indian legal system. Well that's my take. Upvote👍🏻 if you agree.

1:34:40 quasi prenup concept of signing how much each side spent on marriage, how much dowry, whether woman is doing job, etc being recorded is good until Prenup is legalised in India.
India should legalise Prenup. Indian government should not say that people who are in live-in for more than 2 years are automatically treated as married which is wrong.
Also, divorce cases should not be dragged for years/decades. Even if one wants divorce the divorce should be granted. Maintenance case for alimony is anyhave a separate case and not part of divorce case.
DNA test when asked by Fathers should always be allowed. There is absolutely no genuine reason to deny it unless courts think they can just hide FACTS.
