Matt, @4:15 on the Monday bike I think they threw you off of your game when the display was reading out in Km/hr it led you to referring to the handlebars as the "steering wheel"(@4:50), as you made the u-turn at the end of the trail.
After riding the Wired Freedom, I think all 48v bikes suck. Also, I’ll never buy a hard tail bike again. Ridiculous how good for the price 40mph peaks well over 2400 watts. The motorcycle style bike are nice, just not for me.
{{3}}I agree with you! The sensitivity of the throttle on the Rumble Motor Apex does take some getting used to, but once you do, it's such a fun and exhilarating ride. I'm glad to see that you're enjoying it! Keep on riding and having a great time with your ebike!Hey there everyone! I just stumbled upon a new crowdfunding project called Freebeat's Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike and it looks absolutely amazing. One of the most outstanding features is that it can be charged when you apply the indoor mode! Imagine being able to generate your own endless energy during indoor rides. And with its brushless 750W motor and 80Nm torque, it can reach a top speed of 20mph, making it perfect for outdoor adventures too. With its versatile technology, adaptive display, and Smart App's navigation feature, the Morph e-Bike offers limitless freedom and thrilling adventures. Definitely worth checking out!
ive just got one and the pedal assist is superrrr sensitive, I just leave the pedal assist disconnected. maybe a software update will fix that in the future.
I so enjoy your reviews and I am unable to ride an e-bike. I am searching for an e-trike and I have learned so much on what to look for when purchasing from your reviews. Thank you so much!!! Can you give the “mature e-bike wannabes” a little assist? Can you review folding e-trikes? We want to be apart of the e-bike/trike world too. 😊
I bought a used Cattrike, I'm planning to replace the rear wheel with a hub motor derailleur type. Look also at JerryRigEverything - he built "not a wheelchair" for his wife. Very cool machine.
From the numerous reviews I've watched the main selling point of the Kepler is that it will easily hit mid-thirties unlocked even hill climbing, the massive rear rack you noticed and that the full retail price is $1900
Yes- that is reason I bought it. Add.60 tooth front gear I can pedal in 37 mph. Motorcycle headlight front and rear blinkers. Bigger brake rotors and ignition switch w/key. 26x3 street tires. Looks and rides like bicycle!
Mine hit 41.5 mph on a flat road on it's first full charge. On day two the fastest was 38 mph. After 950 miles I'm lucky to get 34 mph, though it usually gets at least 26 mph. Not sorry I bought it. Figure if I get three years out of it, it will have been worth it. Though it might get 10 yrs or more, no one knows yet...
{{3}} I totally get why people love the Kepler eBike! The impressive top speed, the sturdy rear rack, and the reasonable price point make it a winning choice. But hey, I stumbled upon an exciting new crowdfunding project called freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike. This innovative eBike not only offers amazing outdoor capabilities but also has a unique indoor mode that allows you to charge it while you ride indoors! It's packed with powerful features like an 80Nm torque, puncture-resistant fat tires, and a Smart Saddle Detection+ feature to track your fitness goals. Definitely worth checking out!
Ariel rider WILL NOT sell parts to non original purchasers. I dm'd them months ago about this. They gave a weird answer stating something about stolen bikes. This is the problem I had with ebike companies months ago. No parts sold to people with second hand bikes. They all talk the big talk about saving the environment but cause a lot of waste. There ain't nothing being saved...only created. Something MUST be done about this problem. All the reviewers on RUclips never have a discussion about this growing problem, none of them. I guess I'm part of this problem. If no one else speaks up what will be done? I like my ebike but afraid to what may come after 1 year. This is why I think ebikes are still a niche market. They are still for people that tinker and know how to Frankenstein an ebike together with aftermarket parts. I'm afraid to recommend ANY ebike to anyone who asks.
I much prefer the ones that arrive after I pay for them. 👍🙏🤣 Question for a virgin ebiker - torque or cadence sensor if older rider with bad ACL ? I'm guessing cadence. Love your videos dude 😎
Thanks 🙏 If you’re trying to say that you don’t want to pedal but you want to bike to give you power when you turn the pedals, a cadence sensor is probably what you want. A torque sensor will make you work for motor assistance.
Rumble Apex looks beautiful, sad that the Cadence sensor is so sensitivite and doesn't allow you too use throttle with out it being in pedal assist. Hopefully they fix that before release.
Sometimes you can change the sensitivity in the menus, hope it’s set up that way for this bike, the sensitivity of that cadence sensor made this bike almost unrideable with the abrupt unexpected surges of power, but boy was it fun when that power hit
I'd like to see some of the e-bikes/scooters 😉 revisited after a year...do they crap out after warranty expires and will China take them back? Mail order bikes vs. locally bought that stand behind their products would be an interesting comparison.
yeah I've heard a lot of good things about it, I wish the track was longer. I could feel it kept pulling pretty good once it hit the 20's which is where most bikes start to taper off big, but the track came to an end. I did not get to experience the best part of the Kepler here, maybe soon.
if your over 5'6" tall these moped style e bikes are a waste--you cannot adjust the seat and it is hard to pedal with your knees in your face--the reviewers never tell you this--i am 6'2" and trailhappy review who is 6'5" never mentioned that that on his moped review--i gave my euy moped to my friends daughter who is 5'4" and she is happy on it--if your too far back on the seat it wants to wheelie on you all the time
The whole purpose of them isn't to pedal, it's to have a legal electric mode of transport without a license or insurance. They just have the pedals so you can point to it and say "look officer it's an ebike".
@@LoLErMan13 facts they are not highway bikes but they can cost the price of some, the perks are ur not limited in your travels as road bikes ! And 4 that reason they are worth the price. U can go places road vehicles can’t.. 🥰

I am really enjoying your reviews. That you test drive around the same area I used to ride my bike adds a double extra layer of interest. Thank you!
This is what I've been waiting for 🙌

Just received my Wired Freedom after watching a ton of your reviews. Hope you can get your hands on one soon to see how it stacks up!
hope to soon, enjoy, looks like a sweet bike!

Magicycle ocelot pro 52v 750w 20 amp hour 80 mile range. Around 2 grand is a complete steal
Thanks for sharing, great vid. You missed out on test riding one of the best bikes out there though, the Ristretto 512!
dang, I saw that one too, ran out of time! Maybe in the future soon
I'm so loving my Rumble Motor Apex. The throttle is super sensitive, but I've already gotten use to it. Fun riding machine.
Great to hear!

It's simple really , use the throttle while first taking off and while turning, no pedaling during those times .
From the numerous reviews I've watched the main selling point of the Kepler is that it will easily hit mid-thirties unlocked even hill climbing, the massive rear rack you noticed and that the full retail price is $1900
I wish I could have seen those speeds, to short of a test track but I agree
Would love to see a full review of the AR Kepler. I’m still on the fence regarding purchasing this one. 😮

18:55 Is it normal in SoCal to ride bikes in the left lane as if in England? No wonder so many are crashing in this vid.😅
Haha it was the Wild West out there, 12,000 watts bikes with 750w bikes, many riders first time on a bike too 😆
i live near here! when do they do this next?

Can always count on a great video from you....looks like a fun day! Enjoy
What was the name of that yellow step through? I want it!!
Wish I lived in Cali for this reason.
How did the power and torque of the Apex compare to the Grizzly?
Very similar, apex was a smaller form factor
Rumble Apex looks beautiful, sad that the Cadence sensor is so sensitivite and doesn't allow you too use throttle with out it being in pedal assist. Hopefully they fix that before release.
I think preorders have already started going out to people, which makes me worried about fixes. Hopefully there's a way to turn it off at least

thank you! what brand was the little copper colored one?
Same brand as the bike I rode right before showing that in the same tent
could you identify those two bigger bikes going opposite direction at 15:48 and 15:49 please?
Looks like the camouflage himiway cobra or zebra and the second bike is the QuietKat Lynx which I rode at 17:57 in this video
@@TailHappyTV thanks! that Lynx looks promising. maybe little bit short. how tall are you please?
Friend, at 5:47 you mentioned dino moto (sp?) do you know their info?
Thanks!
I don't but perhaps google can help
Google is showing me toy bikes that have dinosaur figurines on them lol
Can u review the petal electric dual motor? I think it is called the 3 or smthn 😊
I actually "reviewed" it on my other channel last year 😆 ruclips.net/video/jLms1ssLRIc/видео.html

Kepler I have will destroy any 750 watt. I usually go 34-36 on GPS at 90% plus charge. 33-35 at 75%

I’m getting gt20 e-bike
People crashing all over the place that day!
Watching the Magicycle Frame Flex @11:54 just confirmed my preference for non-step through frames
It’s full suspension brother, there is a spring and swing arm engineered into this frame 😆 watch my full review linked in description
Almost all gas ice motorcycles hit highway speeds, e motorbikes? sometimes barely hit highway speeds?
It's new tech, early ICE were slow as well look at the first cars, they only went 20mph or less.
70 mile range = $3500
?
The riding area is to small and limited to really check out what the bikes can do. In my open ion.

It's at the point where law can't keep up with technology. Some of these ebikes are borderline motorcycles. It's asking to get pull over.

You rise voltage from 48 to 52 10% more your motor last half time , speed and nonsense have a price tag every time without exception.
