I agree with you about the animals on the sleeves. But as a previous viewer said, maybe go sleeveless with that one.

Love your top. A pattern I’ve made loads is a free pattern from The Avid Seamstress, it’s called the drop shoulder top and has grown on sleeves, I’ve just made one where I’ve shortened the sleeves to just a cuff if you haven’t got enough fabric

How about the Atelier Scammit, Declic Top. It isn't fabric hungry and has some detail to it. It needs a fabric with drape. It's also free.

Hi Natalie, the Frances top from Fibremood has a grown on sleeve. I got it out of a metre of fabric.

I really like your top Natalie and if you like the animal fabric it doesn't matter if the pattern goes a different way on the sleeve. Or go sleeveless, like a vest top? 😊
