I'm in a bar on subtitles only, but the fire song had my daughter, Maia, falling off her stool with laughter, wondering if you'd be gullible enough to fall for it too. I was disappointed in the lack of a dungeon till the end when he opened up the oubliette. Maia says if nothing is heard from you for a while, she'll arrange a rescue. Loads of history there. Thanks to you both for the tour.
Casa de Ponedo is amazing! and Rui gave a pretty thorough & informative tour. He has a nice singing voice. That amazing structure seems impermeable by the threat of fires, too. It is well made to keep cool in the blazing hot summers but still cozy in the freezing winters. Amazing rehabilitation of the structure. Is it rentable? It'd be so cool to stay there. Wow.
I agree with you! The owner is an arcitect and I think he did a great job with it. It used to be available for short term rental, but now it has longterm renters living there. 😁
