As suggested by one of you, I tried giving Ingram sweet drinks this time! I don't remember if his dialogue is any different from my first playthrough, but at least I confirmed he doesn't count them as mistakes. Too bad that since they are not what he ordered, you won't receive any money for those, so I'll have to give big drinks from now on to compensate~
