Ginger -2 inch
Cashews - 10
Green chilli - 2
Black cardamom -1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves -1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Fresh cream-1 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil

Thankyou so much i tried this recipe 3 times and you know it turned out amazing every time.
It's a nice recipe, basically a part adaption of the makhni gravy that restaurants keep handy. I blanch / boil tomatoes along with coriander stems before frying. And add both cashew paste and magaz paste before finally finishing with cream, garam masala and kasuri methi.

in my experience, if you wish to add curd, always add it right after you are done with frying the spices.
