We analyzed the performance of SPACs post-merger completion, by grouping them by the merger date:
- Q2 2020 (7 SPAC mergers)
- Q4 2020 (41 SPAC mergers)
- Q2 2021 (14 SPAC mergers)
- Q4 2021 (31 SPAC mergers)
Given the large number of SPACs which remain on the road, looking for suitable acquisition targets, it is worthwhile keeping an eye on their post-merger performance.
