This could very well be a metaphor for how isolated the Heavy feels inside. There is also a dispenser in that room. The aforementioned dispenser is not active, meaning that it’s reserves are empty. This could perhaps mean that Heavy’s emotional reserves are depleted. And finally, heavy’s dancing could imply-based on the evidence-that this is a facade, and on the inside he is in pain. However, nobody will help him, as nobody knows of his inner torment
