I'm obsessed with watching others react to the song on youtube. Your art in singing, your arrangment, your powerful delivery! As a Christian and worship leader for many years I have NEVER been so blown away by this rendition of Amazing Grace!! The passion with which Dan sings it is something that I have never heard before. Just can't stop listening. 🎉🎉

I just recently found him myself. I'm 72, I started singing when I was 14 and sang in bands from bar rooms to church choirs to the big stages. My health doesn't allow me to get out and sing. The point is in my 72 years I have never heard ANYBODY that has the vocal range Dan does!

The thing I love the most about your covers is the power and joy that you bring to what can all too often sound like they're being sung so politely that they might as well be children's songs. This music is supposed to be a celebration by all the mighty voices of heaven welcoming the birth of the Christ. You have understood and responded to that perfectly!

Holy crap dude!!!! When that English part came in, I almost died from the power. That last note was so controlled and powerful. The first chorus gave me such Phantom of the Opera vibes.
I totally get what you mean! Which is weird, because the Phantom of the Opera is French, not Italian - though it does feature an Italian opera singer in certain adaptations (Carlotta is either Italian or Spanish, depending on the adaptation)

I don't speak German, but what a beautiful sound. Every song I hear Dan sing, I listen to it 2 or 3 times, then move on to the next song. So far, his one-man choir singing Hallelujah is absolutely incredible.

Let's have less of that, please... There's no right/wrong way to sing a song, providing it comes from the heart. Dan's provided a clear example of passionate vocals, and his range is only a marginal part of what makes this song sound beautiful.
