Snarks have already been ported to the source engine for half life source, theoretically if someone got them into half life 2 you could do a snark only run for that Edit: also Garry’s mod will let you do this
Yeah it made certain parts pretty tough. You can throw them when close to the enemies though and they get stuck inside their model, dealing damage really quickly until the enemy dies and they escape. Snark injection, if you will.

@@MrKleiner I've had ideas for Opposing Force for sure. Obviously I could try the Snark Run again but I could also try Barnacle Only. That'd be interesting. I'm currently playing through Death Stranding and quite enjoying that first.

I had just reinstalled windows before this stream and didn't realize that the audio I was hearing was way louder than it was being rendered as. It wasn't until it was all uploaded that I could hear its true levels. Sorry about that! I just added it to the description.

The barnacle behavior also got changed between HL1 and HL2, since they specifically say they don't grab non-living objects in HL1.
I actually ran out of ammo during the final boss on my first playthrough and actually ended up killing it with snarks lmao
