What settings did you tweak time lords at to grow your children faster? I’m using the same mod and want to accelerate their usefulness to my kingdom

I basically just made children grow faster, and then made adults age slower.
So if indeed it was the pregnant women dying (due to old age), it would be prevented due to them aging much slower. But if it was due to external reasons which I do not know, the accelerated growth for children would prevent that.
