There is also the Drake vibe in the parts with the snakes, then the part with the devil definitely had some rap god/godzilla type of rap and the layering before the transition usually is something techn9ne is doing as well.
Even Krizz Kaliko who worked with Em and Tech before reacted to this and only had praise for Ronnie.
Evil tongues would say he ripped all of them off but I'd say, this was a perfectly performed hommage.
His rapping reminds me more of Logic than Em

There was some smash attacks against Sebastion Bach, as well as a slight head nod to Drake's "Energy". Ronnie and Falling in Reverse have no limits. They will make a new genre, and they will do everything everyone is trying to do, better than anyone else can.

There's flow homage to Em, NF, Tom MacDonald, Jay-Z all in that song - PLUS hardcore metal. That video and song is gawdamnest thing I've ever seen and heard in music. Badass to the core! Would love to see Ronnie and Tom MacDonlad team up and do some rock/rap fusion together.

The beat is definitely kinda like an NF beat, but the cadence, flow, and lyrical theme is Tom MacDonald a lot of the time for sure. They're friends which is another reason that I feel pretty sure that Tom was a big influence here. Awesome track!

I loved Ronnie in Escape the Fate, loved the early Falling in Reverse, and then the song "Alone" came out and I thought it was awful, and the way he was talking in that one I was like "Oh no... Ronnie got an ego boost somewhere, and now his head is too big for his shoulders and he thinks he can rap...", but after a couple albums, I started listening again, and he started to slowly blow me away more and more with what he was coming out with. I regained my respect for him through his lyrics, because he has gotten to the point where he dumps his heart out into this songs and he's really raw, and I find that very admirable. He found the right shoes to fit into with the whole rap thing, and now he is totally as strong as some of the greatest of all time! I'm not even really a rap guy except for Eminem, Hopsin's earlier stuff, Tech, and Ronnie, which is my #1. The man is WILDLY talented!
I see some Em but a lot of NF in Ronnie’s rap influence and cinematic music videos.
I never had any respect for Ronnie and definitely not a fan of him whatsoever. He's almost 40 years old and is acting like a very immature teenager who can't take criticism and spends an entire day of his free time feuding with a music critic which is just absolutely very pathetic and sad. He's not "dumping his heart out", he's basically wondering why everybody criticizes him and gives him shit.
If Ronnie learned that saying one thing and doing another are two entirely different things, as well as actually got some therapy and learned about how karma works, then I might give a shit about him.
@Diehardgamer1983 I do agree that he needs to cut the Twitter monger shit. That's what Trump did, and look how well it worked out for him. I do think Ronnie is cocky, but I think he just has some major issues. The song Popular Monster is probably the one where I feel the most like he's really putting it all out there. He may actually be getting therapy, and it's just not working that well. I know he's got PTSD from prison, because I saw him talk about that outside of his music.

He definitely paid homage to Eminem with a couple of his lines and that really fast rap, NF with the beat and "Lost", and Tom MacDonald with his rapping cadence in a lot of parts. A lot of people even said he pays homage to Drake during the "Cause I got enemies" part, but I don't listen to Drake so I can't say for sure. This song was fucking awesome. Some people are saying it's corny because the "lyrical miracle" fast rap is so outdated at this point, but I don't think Ronnie gives two shits. I don't either. I still like the fast raps if it's done tastefully and I think it is in this track. But... gatekeepers gonna gatekeep...
