Absolutely beautiful! My only complaint is you need to slow down with camera movement. Love your commentary and the music, but please just slow down with the camera movement. It makes a person dizzy. Is this home for sale or just a tour? I don't want to tour anyinthing that is not for sale. I'm confused.

This home was just on the market but is now off due to the owner finding a renter. Home was rented out for $11,500/mo.
You said there was a guest house but I didn't see it.
The guest house was locked and there wasn't a key included unfortunately.
Front Gates open the wrong way , It Blocks the Pedestrian walk way..

This home needs an update. Especially the entry staircase and the flooring throughout. I don't like anything about the kitchen design or it's layout. It would cost another 350k plus bringing this house up to standard.

I'd agree that it needs a little updating. On the flip side, Blue Heron would probably provide only around 3,700 square feet compared to 10,000 square feet.

You need to learn how to pan so people don't get vertigo! SLOW DOWN YOUR MOVEMENTS OR GET SOMEONE WHO CAN. LIKE THE HOUSE BUT HAD TO STOP WATCHING.
