    If I’d followed your advice, I would’ve be in dialysis by now, I Reversed CKD4 by eating Grassfed red meat , organs (liver and kidneys raw) and raw egg yolks daily for 6 months
    1 gallon of water with Himalayan pink salt (full spoon) and 1/4 of spoon of non synthetic baking soda. My egfr went back to normal. No atrophy whatsoever by the grace of God. Simple and powerful

    I shared the link to my niece in Chicago. She & family drink bottled water daily. We use water filter attached to our kitchen faucet. I drink 60 ounces or more of this filtered water from stainless steel pitcher purchased from TEMU.

      The only contact of the water to the filter is when you turn on the faucet. The water goes directly to the inside of the filter where the carbon & other filtering stuff are.

    I was seeing a lot of bubbles aka protein in my urine for the last 6 months. After watching your videos I started taking D3 with k2 and magnesium also I changed my diet. I stopped eating ground turkey and lentils which I would eat every day because I thought this was a healthy meal, but after looking at how much sodium and potassium i stopped. Its been a week now and no more bubbles in my urine🙏🏽 I'm not sure if it was the vitamin D3+k2 or giving up lentils and ground turkey but there is a huge difference in my mood and the amount of bubbles went down literally 80 to 90 percent. Thanks doc for your advice. I wish I had did a test to check the amount of protein before the changes but im going to have a test done next week to find out what my levels are. Thanks again.

    My Nephrologist has recommended D2 but that is synthetic and has no k2. I would rather take D3. Also she want me to take 50,000 once a week. I have Polycystic Kidneys. What are your thoughts

    • @SELFPrinciple
      @SELFPrinciple  7 месяцев назад +1

      Nephrologists often prescribe D2 at higher doses to get the level up faster. K2 is relatively new in the nephrology world but not new in the research side of things. The formal dosage of K2 is not yet established and that is why doctors are not formally recommending it yet.
