Brian Kelly is one of those people who goes to the airport two hours early just to use the club lounge 😂. For most other travelers the novelty wears off after the first few times.
The thing I find intriguing about Classified is how you are made to feel special by being given an opportunity to spend a lot of money.

@@BrianKelly Yes, agreed. One thing I came to understand is that this restaurant is not part of lounge system. With other airlines, mostly European, the level of food and service that you find in Classified would be offered in their high tier lounges, but with United, if you want really good food, you have to pay for it.

i absolutely love EWR. I only live 20 minutes away and i always fly out of there.

Thanks for the info! Is there currently a day-pass option at Newark for terminal C? I'll be flying first class from BOS and have a 6 hour layover for a standby Business seat to Dublin. What are my options?

I’d so rather go to EWR rather than JFK or LaGuardia. PHL is my home airport and not complaints either.

Brian - what other airlines qualify for the Polaris? Seems my SQ 21 flight qualifies.
You can also get in with a business or first-class ticket for another long-haul Star Alliance Flight. Air China, Air India, Austrian, Ethiopian, LOT, Lufthansa, Singapore, Swiss and TAP all fly from Newark (Terminal B) so you can visit the Polaris Lounge with a biz or F ticket for those carriers then take the bus to B.

well i doubt it very much that you are Living in the golden age of air travelling.Sorry. As a first class passengers i would refuse to use the polaris lounge. Take the Air France la premiere lounge, the Lufthansa First class TERMINAL or Singapore Airlines First class lounge. These are all secluded places and not a crowded polaris lounge. UA has no first class cabin anymore….
The Food in the secret Restaurant looked very good...and so the staff. I don`t like seafood at all. Only Lobster and caviar...Oysters o.m.g. BUT it is good that you did enjoy all of that offerings.
I agree with you when it Comes to Airports in the N.Y, area for me it was Always J.F.K...and now with that T.W.A. hotel , which is a gem, that place is even more appealing…

Agree that those first class lounges are way better, but for a business class lounge Polaris is top. Totally beats AF/LH/Swiss and pretty much any other biz lounge by a mile
