I would say yes to both of your questions. It’s particularly common on a day like my filming day where there were a lot of delays and cancellations the day before and day of filming
Does buying a one-time pass guarantee you access to the lounge on the day you travel? Thinking about buying one ahead of time, but if it doesn't guarantee access, maybe not.

I like this new club, but this isn't the 'best'. I would say the London UC is - for the food offerings and premium cocktails. It's close to Polaris Lounge level.

I was there last week with my cousin! And we tried to buy a day pass! However, their credit card machines were down for the day! So we couldn't enter!

It does not. You should wait until you arrive at the lounge and buy at the front desk.

Try to do an updated review. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to find a seat in this place. It’s way too packed. Plus people r lounging and asleep on the couches.

I go to this one a lot. It's still my favorite, with LAX probably second. It's crowded but when C74 reopens, it should be fine.
