I fly United and Delta and base out of IAD/DCA. I have the Quest card and Delta Business Reserve. My trick for United Club is going into the Club in January and buy a membership by swiping 3 separate cards Amex Schwab, Amex Platinum Business and Hilton Aspire. On each card I select United as my carrier and trigger the airline credit on each. This must be done in person at the lounge that you have a relationship with the staff so they will let you swipe each card.
The CHASE United Infinite Club CC is no joke. Best co-branded airline CC IMO. 🏆🏆🏆$525 AF gets you 2 checked bags, lounge access, Premier Access, $75 IHG credit, etc. It's crazy good. Never knew how nice priority baggage could be until I experienced it. 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for the info + video!
I concur....and if it got you into Star Alliance all lounges that would make it a super premium card, I am probably going to to get the business version.
Had a five hour layover at EWR and two passes to the United Club thanks to the Chase Quest card. Great place to spend that kind of time, plus a nice view of the Manhattan skyline.
IMO United miles have some of the best value when it comes to award flights for international travel. I spent 60k points during the holidays for a flight to and back from Europe.
Rj. I’m so glad you did this video I’ve been waiting on this one I fly both United & Delta Don’t have a credit card to enter the United Club don’t have Chase I’m over 5/24 Nice to know I can pay $59 to enter hope that it worth the $ The Explorer gets you into United Club nice to know .
The United Infinite CC is one airline CC I considered for value. I visited one, and it was nice, but no Centurion. I'm frankly underwhelmed by airline loyalty CCs. The flexible currency CCs and usage of the Partner pgms are where I find the most value for airlines. If I were to get one, it would be this one... cause they're everywhere😀 Thanks RJ👍🏾
@@RJFinancial the others make their names bland like you said just what it is nothing more like you said but the jokes are what makes them stand out like you put 1% more effort into it and it shows
@@drdarkpk2430 Ha thank you sir. It's either a pun or a joke line I say somewhere in the video. I hate when people say "these 5 cards will do X" tell me what it is, then I'll decided if I want to watch it
UA lounge is nothing nowadays, too many peoples, too crowded. Nothing offer like Asian Country’s airliner lounges. They offer variety choice of food, free wines and cocktails plus many unexpected drinks, good food too
Good Stuff! This year I would like to book a United Polaris out of SFO (or LAX) Via Points to South America through one of the Star Alliance partners, one way and return on the best economy deal I can find
Great video! Question, how many adult guests can you bring at United Club lounges. One video I saw that you can only bring one adult guest but on United website, it says you can bring 2 guests.
I've seen conflicting reports as well. Polaris versions don't allow guests. Regular United versions I'm going to go with what United lists. www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly/travel/airport/united-club-and-lounges/rules.html It's one adult and one kid, or two guests. I take that to mean two guests total.
I'll be flying to Europe in May out of EWR on their Premium Plus class and have decided to check out the United Club there. They are offering access to it for $42 pp. Not bad.

Nice!
That's awesome. I didn't know that was still a thing. Thanks for sharing sir
Definitely worth it for those who fly United a ton and like United Clubs!
The cards are solid. I'm a Delta man but the United cards may be slightly better do to more options

United cards are great because of the 4 tiers, a bit more optionality than others. Plus the UR points make it easy to earn.
Totally agree, and IGH Platinum status and Avis Presidents Circle too
I have the Infinite and was able to apply 30K miles to pay the $525 annual fee.

Thanks for covering one of my fav credit cards (United Club infinite)
Many airports that I frequent have literally 3-5+ different United clubs, they are everywhere!
Figured I needed to expand the travel catalogue section of the channel. Gotta be well rounded
I rarely fly United but I have a flight scheduled with them in April and I'm going to do the Day pass just to check it out.
Me either but gotta build out a well rounded show so I'm covering the major 3 at least. Safe travels sir
Great break down, thank you.
Great video thanks I get 2 passes per year from my explorer card
Hey, always good to hear from you sir

That's legit. On top of it being so easy to earn UR points to transfer out

They keep getting nerferd to make up for all those points airlines sold or to help rein in the overcrowding that they started...
Rj I just want to say this the naming of your videos always get me comparing them to other RUclipsrs
I like to name videos exactly what it is then a pun or play on something at the end. How am I doing vs the others?

I like the United Lounge at LAX. My husband and I use the day pass. I don’t have any other lounge to compare it to though.
Based RJ
You've got people in my Discord asking me what "Based" means lol

After the massive United devaluation earlier this week the overcrowding may soon solves itself

Ask Sebby style with the full bed/seats? Sounds fun, safe travels when you do go

so if I have the united explorer mileage plus card can I get in ?
The United Club Infinite and the business United Club card. They may have simplified the names since I did this last.
Hi
Quick draw!
United has terrible lounges... The worst, imo
I'm a Delta guy myself via living next to a hub
