Hi. Did you figure it out? As of yesterday, I have the exact same issue with my 2016 Eco. Very interested obviously if you Identified the issue

For me, it was the crank position sensor. I ended up having to get it replaced. I had originally taken it to the shop for this issue as it left me stranded, but they did not replace it the first time. My dead giveaway was that was the code it was throwing both before and after coming from the shop (crank position sensor faulty). Good luck to ya.

@@allamac-w3j this is exactly what I think it's happening to me, I think I got oil in my crankshaft position sensor, I have the same problem on Startup

    Tone Ring failure?

Yup. The crank position is apparently just a laminated tab glued onto the flywheel

My 2014 1500 eco has 87,300 miles on it ... accelerated on the freeway to pass and the truck shuddered, threw the code and redlined! Off throttle, coasted and merged my way to right shoulder. Same thing. I can drive it but have to accelerate S.L.O.W.L.Y. else rpms just rev up. Turned off and on restart, it turns but sputters and eventually starts. Remote start works but it turns off after 10 seconds or so. I figure it's some sensor somewhere but at 87,000 miles, it surprising. Kind of like the four transfer cases that got swapped out in the first 18 months of ownership.
