Why Build a Mini-Workbench?

Lots of construction lumber should also work for this thing. Red oak sure would be fancy, though!

The dimensions of this one are: (width x depth x height) 22″ x 11.5″ x 5″, or 560mm x 295mm x 130mm. I definitely recommend making a mockup or something to see if this is what you prefer. One common change is to shorten the depth to make the rear a little easier to reach.
