Anyway, some of these recipes are new to me, so I picked the Holiday Chestnut Bake to try for my "solo vegan in the house" Christmas meal. Easy, Delicious & something different from Lentil loafs. I'm going to make the "Jingle Balls" as well, in a mini size for an appetizer . Thanks for the inspiration & have a peaceful and safe holiday.
