That is such a good idea Nixco. Something like this panel II did a review on ruclips.net/video/Hl5veqL4L1o/видео.html but for you windshield sun blocker. I'm going to test this guy and see how much power I can get through the windshield Vs outside.
I've tried this one 3:00 its really bad too heavy, and after a couple of days using it started deforming and bending so it started leaving openings for the sun and wont fit into the bag which is so annoying .
Do your roof sunshades fit perfect to the glass yours look like they sit a against the roof fabric I got a set from Braumach and they don’t sit up the glass I feel they will chop out the fabric on the roof lining not good they need to be a fraction smaller
I have similar ones on my Model Y. The secret is a 70% Window tint on the front Windshield which allows 70% of natural light through. Tint the front windshield Thank Me Later.
So the revolutionary Tesla cars don't keep themselves cool by turning the AC on automatically after a certain amount of heat reaches inside the car while parked out in the sun?
Hi Savagepr, There is an option to turn on the AC while you are gone or you can set it to maintain the temperature. I'm usually at work for 10 hrs a day and my car is baking out in the parking lot so that would use a lot of battery. What i do is about 15 min before I leave I'll crack the windows remotely with the app. Then about 5 min before it get in I turn up the AC.. It's usually nice and cool or at least decent when I get there. It would be cool if you could set a timer to do that. I know you can set it up so the heat is on in the morning just before you get in. Its a pretty sweet car.
As a matter of fact; there is an option called Cabin Overheat Protection which will not allow the inside to go over a certain temperature if you turn it on.
You can turn on the AC to keep it at automatic temperature while you're gone but it uses battery. if you're parked in a parking lot for 8 hours there's no reason to keep the car cool for 8 hours while you're not using it. what I do is about 5 minutes before I leave work I use the phone app to turn on the AC and then by the time I get out there it's nice and cool.
I'm amazed how you can fold those shades so they fit the original bag again, too much tech for me. And +1 for the Star Wars t-shirt!
LOL, Thanks!
With flexible solar tech these days you could make it in to these products.
And maybe add some miles to your car charge.

Hey what is your favorite Android tv box. Have you had a chance to try out any new ones? I loved the old minix Android boxes but they are so outdated.

You should have done a temperature test, just saying.
That sunshade left a huge gap around the rear view mirror! No thanks.
