    Improving Communication in the Workplace #2: You can use the scripts provided in this video to strengthen a relationship or use your own language. The key is to be yourself. If what you’re saying sounds canned or forced, it will only serve to damage a relationship.

    Improving Communication in the Workplace #4: Tell people at the onset of working relationships that you want their feedback and that you’ll respond graciously by saying “thank you.”
    Improving Communication in the Workplace #5: If you haven’t set your relationships up the way I recommend here, you can still tell people you want their feedback. So few people approach relationships with humility and directness, it will be refreshing and well received.
