Try out this mouth watering Ragda Pattice recipe which has perfect, crispy and flavourful pattice loaded with lots of ragda and flavourful chutney to give a colourful Chaat which is a burst of flavours.
Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients :
1+½ cups white peas / white matar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 diced potato
5 cups water
6 to 7 potatoes
½ tsp salt
2 cups water
Salt to taste
¾ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp crushed ginger & chilli
½ cup flatten rice powder or poha powder
Handful chopped coriander leaves
3 to 4 tbsp oil for shallow fry
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tbsp crushed ginger and chilli
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup water
¾ tsp garam masala
Green Chutney
Dates & tamrind chutney
Sev
Chopped coriander leaves
