This is a distillation of the best points from a bunch of expensive self-help books, plus years of lessons from therapy, and Anna is posting this on RUclips for FREE. Thanks for making this so we can become the best version of ourselves!
Every time I hear something unfortunate even dramatic abt Anna's personal life I am in awe as she just projects this amazing and successful woman that has her life on a silver plate😊
I'm watching / rewatching basically all your videos bc I am going through my first heartbreak and they are the only comforting thing 🥲 Thank you so much for being so vulnerable and sharing your wisdom
She's comforted me a lot during various hard times in my life as well. I hope you come out of the other side stronger and better than before. Best of luck to you. 💜
I found anna years ago during my first heartbreak and her channel helped me so much (especially her one of break up videos which she was crying all the time made me realize i was not alone at all) And time really heals everything dont worry 🌸
Thank you SO MUCH for your immense vulnerability and wisdom. The story you shared of that director shocked me and really inspired me to keep being a champion of good in this world. Thank you for everything that you do, it really makes a difference.
I love the kind and generous heartwarming atmosphere that you create, your kind, easygoing, warm vibe. ❤I like the essence how you live on. I need to be true to myself and find a job I am passionate about. I want to find a way to live as who I really am.
Thank you for putting out this type of content. I showed this to my niece who was struggling with trauma so deep she couldn't even see it and was destroying her life and relationships with these coping mechanisms that were no longer serving her. Watching your content helped her see that even pretty, cool, intelligent women such as yourself have deep issues and wounds and that success in life isn't just for those who grow up in happy healthy homes. She decided to go into treatment and she will be better for it in the long run. Thank you! It means a lot to me.
@@scottw.3258 everyone is responsible for their own actions. if you say shitty things, it's not the fault of the person who you're saying it to: it's your own fault. People who say otherwise usually have some guilt that they don't want to acknowledge
I'm so sorry your mother did that to you... I'm unlearning financial blocks myself from one of my parents... It's hard. I associate money as a way for people to worm their way out of committing to me or others emotionally... "Hey, you can't be mad at me for this bad thing I did because I just bought the family expensive gifts/a family holiday/blah blah..." I realise I'm privileged that such was my upbringing... But it also set me up with fears around money that have kept me poor for a long time as I struggle to trust money. I am working on changing this attitude towards money mentally, it's taking some time but you know, it's progress... I will overcome it with time.
If people are skewed they tend to plant themselves in a manner that you can somehow circumvent or penetrate through. So all the better if they do it unknowingly. The best part is that they always tend to plant themselves in more or less the same way so every time they plot something you'll tend to see the same patterns. As long as they don't change themselves as individuals, you can always change up your own patterns against them to get ahead. The heart is where everything starts and as much as anyone mentions it, a lot of people won't see it, even in themselves.
I have a Deja vue feeling! I understand you Anna, sometimes you're in a spiral, and you think you can only go faster to try to go out of it... but maybe you can change your position, and the perspective might change.
Did that happen on Deadpool?! I honestly don’t know if that was the biggest movie you were in, but it was a big one. If the same guy is doing it I’m definitely skipping 3 then. What an asshole. Where’s the professionalism? And I’ll bet it was totally fine legally too. When if in an office, he would have have been fired immediately and you could sue him and the company. We’ve come a long way, but we still have so much farther to go.
Life in 30s is really very busy. Being young was carefree and not very responsible. So now it’s gone abit different . It’s all in news and situation is just the way it is
Love your videos Anna, you are really strong and inspiring. I know this is not a smear campaign but who is that director who screamed at you? Would hate to watch his movies.

I'm a new subscriber who went through your videos like no tomorrow and it's been only 6 months so far and let me tell you girl, first of all thank you, your videos have changed alot in me and its a wonderful Cheat sheet 😏😁😉 so I don't need to go through all of it 🥳 and suddenly I realized that I have a few videos left to watch and I needed to slow down 👇 on watching because if I'm done what am I gona watch and seen you are back today make me happy 😊 woot woot 🥳 I will release the beast on me again and I will continue watching the rest of your videos without being afraid that I will run out of episodes 😂😂😂🎉

Anna you are inspirational, thanks for all these videos, ima go through the check *list over the next week and write myself a list, who else loves lists ❤
You have to admire Anna for making her own way in a media career. She realized to avoid transactional relationships with a TV network or movie studio she would have to do it herself. And she does. Thanks to Daddy Squarespace and Mommy BetterHelp! And she has something in common with Stephen Colbert. He lost his father and two older brothers in a terrible plane crash. And he still grieves them today. Just the way Anna does with her sister.
Thank you for your encouragement and personal experience as you're absolutely correct that we can indeed "walk away" from the pressures of life to better ourselves and have better and healthier lives. 😉
Omg that script is awful. Please never play those humiliating roles! Thank you for not doing demeaning jobs like that! Choose you! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you, Anna! I'm glad that you chose to walk away from those things and become the person you are now today. It didn't just benefit yourself, but also us, the community that you created.

P.S My favorite work that you have been on is Girlscouts, I rewatch it all the time and show it to people whenever I get the chance.
Damn this couldn't have come at a better time. I've been stressing and spiraling a little bit lately about all kinds of things. This helped put things back into perspective, and I have a plan. Thanks again Anna ❤

I'm curious about turning down a role. Asian massage parlors exist in almost every city in the US. Thousands in LA alone. Yes, they're full service. The clients are mostly Asians, but plenty of non-Asians. The girls are all Asian. Point is, this is a real world scenario. Real people. Seems like something a filmmaker and actors might want to explore. The script and context are crucial obviously. Would the part of a coke-addict street walker be more palatable or less? How about a strung out addict with a kid that will do ANYTHING? (Naomie Harris was Oscar nominated), or how about the roles in Drug Store Cowboy? Just curious
4:55 Hey Anna, big fan, I promise I do this to everyone, take it as an accomplishment I've been watching you for years and never done it to you, but I think you pronounce massage wrong. You've got it ending in a hard g like the word 'misogyny', when it should end in a 'zh' sound, like the word 'décolletage'.
Love seeing you step into your power and become your destined self! I have also put in the work and my life has changed so much the past 5 years. I’m in love with myself and my life!
Knowing how you were a victim of racism Anna makes me angry. You seem like such a beautiful person, inside and out. You don't deserve that kind of treatment. No one does.
