I've used this sprayer several times now on brick pavers, a wood deck, patio, and a driveway. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX It has performed as expected on all surfaces. For larger areas like the decks and patios, I think I will be looking into a surface cleaner attachment to speed up the job, or at least make it a little easier. Hose and sprayer connections are tool-less, tight, and quick. I used the yellow nozzle on the concrete/brick surfaces, and the pressure was adequate for cleaning those surfaces.I am disappointed that these units are still being shipped with a nozzle storage holder that allows them to vibrate out of the holder way too easily and become lost, but I don't want to knock off a star for that reason. The functional part of the washer works very well, so I would recommend this product.
I had my first $3000 job today! Only took 10 hours with no brakes but it was worth it 😂
What did you do
Tell us bout ittt
300 hundreds dollars per hour excuse me??
@@evilsisters7069 depending on the job that is reasonable pricing. The trailer/truck/fuel/bleach and workers aren't free. We start out at 350 or so for a 2 story house wash. About an hour in and out
You couldn’t stop yourself I take it?
"We don't have to pray for her", "she's already blessed"! Lmfao+Priceless!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
💀💀😂😂😂
My man 😂
It's still funny in 2024. lol
You, Sir, get a thumbs up just for the way you talk with your wife. Respect from one gentleman to another.
Thanks for the video, I feel your pain on the equipment breakdown, I did a similar job by myself and had some of the same issues. 1 day job turned into two. Live and learn !
Kyle I’m loving the channel! You’re not boring like most others explaining things. Lindsey is 🔥 with that attitude and keeps it real just like you. Keep slangin it!
Goals! Awesome seeing a couple working together. Hope my fiancée and I get there soon one day!
MAN YOUR CHANNEL IS BADASS!!! Been in the buisness for two years and your are giving me some good inspirational knowledge on everything!
Awesome video Mr.Maguire! keep up the good work... wish you and the wife plenty of blessings!
Thanks Nas that means a lot!
Thanks for the vid!! Few questions if you don't mind.
1. What's the house wash mix?
We have a largish brick home. Though it doesn't get as dirty up that high, I don't think my pops solution of misting with a bleach mixture is very viable. What's the best way/tool to apply it?
2. What's the pre-treating concrete made up of?
3. Is there any concern with busting out mortar with a pressure washer on brick homes? Specifically with older brick homes than the one in the video. Ours is an 80's home.
Note, I'm using a Ryobi 3100 (2.3 gpm) washer. It has a soap spray function, but I haven't used that part yet.
First off Kyle you got a boss of an old lady congratulations! And that last statement you made at the end of the video where the gods already blessed her made me damn near pissed my pants LOL
Thanks brother!
What a great vid! You guys look so happy! Great job great content!

Great job you two. Which color proportioner are y’all using for that brick wash?
Hey kyle! Great vid. What solution do you use on brick with the xjet? Whats on your bucket? Thank you very much. Lots of brick and concrete houses where i live, i have the xjet coming overseas and gonna start trying
I just started restarted my pressure washing business after relocating to North Carolina. You have great information and tips on your videos. I’m just wondering but when you did those fences did you presoak the grass so sh didn’t risk killing it or was your mix lower the. 1%
Love this content brother. Do you have a video on how your softwash system works?
Dope af bro I just started my little pw service down here in Texas and let me tell you I've been taking a lot of notes and doing my homework jus watching your videos 💯

What is the best technique or equipment to rinse down. And what are your thoughts on the Xjet?
Your videos are very useful and provide lots of information. I have received lots of help after watching this post, please continue to share this kind of information. Thank you.
Awesome content! Would love to know all the different % of SH you used for all the different areas! Really want to learn all this stuff before I fully start! Thank you!!
What do you use for the house cleaning (Soap wise) im trying to start something but really need help with what too use.. thank you buddy house looks great!!!
Hey Kyle, do you bid fences basically the same as vinyl siding square footage?
So cool!

17:34 😂😂😂 pure gold 💀😭
Good job man. Keep those 👀 in check brother lol. Keep killing it. Wife is killing it too. Power Team
Lol imma try. Thanks bro!
"smoking dope" where I'm from is definitely not smoking marijuana!
I'm always fascinated how words can have different meanings based on where you are in the US.
It can mean two different things in the same place. Just depends on who you are with and what is to be understood.
Lmfao that was so awesome lord done blessed her hahaha hahaha 😂 all day I been laughing that was so good made my whole week 👍
"Lord done blessed her" Bravery in the face of adversity.
Sorry that happen to you and your family GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BRO
Great job , question around the pool when pre treating and cleaning does any run off get into the pool? does that affect it ?
Thats what im wondering man did you get any feedback?
I’m starting in the spring, just trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible. What was the process of keeping those plants alive? Presoak or just rinse before and after? Both?
If your down streaming very rarely will you burn anything but still always good to keep plants wet.. In his video he is using the x jet and cleaning brick so I'm sure he's using a hot mix probably between 3 - 5 % so you should keep landscape wet before during and after to avoid any unnecessary headaches
Lookin good !
Got my first brick housewash scheduled for tomorrow. What mix are you running in your brick ? I’ve heard horror stories of bleaching out the brick and leaving weep lines. Any recommendations?
Nice video guys, what was your house mix for the x jet?
Could you teach me on gutter brightening please. I have tried multiple, and many chemicals none seem to work for me
Gotta love them fences too. Easy money
Best looking truck in Pressure Washing!
I agree!
cool you guys working together great team!!! I have question a got issue with efflorescence fungus and I don find any product to remove, Im feeling SH doesn't work with, do you have any recommendation for me, I'm really appreciate for share your experience by the videos thanks
hi, i power washed part of a brick wall at 1400 psi. the top layer of brick disolved off and there was puddles of red brick dust underneath the bricks on my concrete porch. My question is should i use a sealant now? Will a sealant fix my mistake?
Great video showing all aspects of cleaning. Which method of cleaning is your favorite? Nice ending, quit while you’re ahead. Lol.
Hello. Question what chemical are you using on the bricks of the house? I'm thinking of getting in to the business of power washing. Thanks
just subscribed to your channel. The only question I have is is what do you recommend for pre treating and post treating? I'm still new to the whole pressure washing thing obviously. also I'm looking for a soft wash setup without really breaking the bank, you recommend anything there? I have a pressure washer and 20in whirl a way surface cleaner. please help anyway possible. thank u
Great video as usual brotha, love the ending 😂
Thanks bro!
Two questions. 1)That spigot on the house looked pretty far away! Do you get your water from tanks on your truck at that point, or do you just have enough hose to reach the house?
2) is there a technique you all use to make sure that all those chemicals don’t end up in the pool? Great video btw! Thanks in advance!
The tank is a buffer so your machine has constant water flow or you could burn up your machine. He probably is pushing a 8 Gallons per minute rig so the water hose helps you from running out. If s guy tells you they don't need the house water then they either have a tank big enough to execute the job or they are lying to you. Second those chemicals are already in the pool so there's no risk
Hey Kyle is it possible to get some advice for mixing ratios and when to add more chemical or more water. I’m starting my soft wash side soon and just nervous and don’t want to mess it up
Hi, what is the SH mix percentage for the house and the fence. Thanks. Great job. I’m subscribing
What mixture are you using to clean the house? Is it safe for plants?
Is bleach okay to use on all houses for power washing?
I need to know what bleach can be used on and what it cannot for power washing. What ratios/percentages do you guys use? Will it discolor any surfaces that aren’t white? Will it kill grass/vegetation? Can it be used on asphalt driveways?
U two r so cool God Bless U Both
Great content, just discovered you. Do you have a video where to discuss chemical mixes and best practices for treatments? Cheers
I hope your business such Great Success! You got a good heart brother. Praise Jesus and God.
Hahaha the Lord has done blessed her 😄👍 we be on the same page my girl is the same way I did a drive way today for $270
Get that money. Great teamwork
The last part... Lmao.. The Lord done blessed her.... Oh my soul Kyle.. Can't believe u said that infront of your wife!! LOL
What do you use to remove hard water from sprinklers off of red brick
Thanks for the video Kyle. What did you do for the stained wood front door and the stained patio roof? Is there a different technique you use to clean the stained wood?
I cover the door with tyvec plastic. And only used water to rinse the beach porch
@@softwashtv6315 Cool, thanks Kyle! You usually just use some stucco tape or painters tape or just kind of open the door and shut it on the tyvek?
I’ve sprayed homes and was wondering sometimes it smokes on algae and mold after applying SH, should I be concerned?
It must have been a blessing to have the wife working alongside you.
Awesome video! Do you have a video on mixing solutions???
Yes I believe in some of my older videos
What type of mix do you use to clean brick on houses?
Lmao this is the best video yet. Thanks for sharing all the info.
Thank you! No problem
great video kyle what chemical/ ratios are you using for the pre-treatment ? thanks
brandon king thanks Brandon! I pretreat concrete around 2.5 to 3%sh
Quick tip for you man instead of using xjet and a ton of soap get you a delux Super Soaker downstream injector, thats all i use now and will change your business big time. Xjet is just a pain to tow around, the super soaker has a similar draw rate. Thats all we do down in Texas is brick
I am currently deployed and considering starting my own pressure washing business. Currently I am trying to price together equipment, and with so many brands out there and different set ups, I feel a bit overwhelmed. Maybe because I can't see the equipment in person.
What brands, or set up types are recommended? Looking at a "ready to go" trailered set up but, starting to think maybe it is overpriced.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Can you clean brick with downstream injector, what is highway percentage you can get from down streaming and what’s highest percentage from x jet
My local shop says do not use a pump up sprayer to do vinyl siding....what's your opinion...says it will destroy uv protection.....said to only downstream it after it's diluted....what would be the right ratio in a 1 gallon sprayer with around 12 s.h.?
Hey brother, what kind of rotator tip did you use to clean that concrete border?
We love y'all
Kyle Saludos de Michoacán 🇲🇽 keep grinding hermano
I cracked up when ya said ya don't gotta pray for her, the lord done already blessed her. Nice man.
Anyway what strength sh were you using on the the brick house?
When washing brick with very dirty mortar do you have to resort to pressure?
🤟🏼 Great video thanks. 11:29 interesting how you spray it on a low pressure rinse it off. Similar to hosing it off. No pressure washing it off of the brick.
What is the cleaning solution you are using on the house?
😂🤣😂🤣Bruh you were ALMOST out the dog house!! AWESOME WORK THOUGH YALL 💪
Thanks bro!
What did you use for prewash on the bricks?
Team work love it.
Spraying down a brick home like that. What sh mix would be recommended? Feel like I would kill any Plant lift even with soaking down everything with water lol
"We ended up frustrated but I gave it to god" my kinda man
We’re you using the JRod when you started rinsing the house?
I’m new to pressure washing I just did my first job today and it kinda gave me anxiety thinking about how I would even go about thinking of what to price all those individual things you were doing there.
What tool do you use to rinse the brick house with?
How much you priced the job at? If you don’t mind asking
My dude like ve the head gear! That hat is epic!
What’s the attachment called that you have befor the nozzle when you were washing the house
Kyle whats up man ? Down here and Texas and its been tuff getting hired because of my felony.. So i went out and got me a nice pressure washer and an Xjet to start soft washing homes.. Can you pass down or help me with how much i should be mixing up in a 5gal? Thanks boss
I love your video guys. Keep it up with the good work and great attitude you have.
We need more people like yiu guys in this world.
God Blessed you ans your 👪
And where your sun glasses for watching Latinas so you don't get cough just kidding lol
Luis
Love it
@UnitedSoftwash How can I build a high pressure soap system like the one your wife has right off the gun? I like the idea of not having to switch as I draw from a 5 gallon bucket but I hate soaping at low pressure. I like volume and heavy soaping as you do. It takes the work out of it and reduces labor hours! Send a vid or post a link thanks .
Love the video. Saw you were Xjetting. What mix for the house? Thanks!
