I had or maybe still have h pylori but after a course of antibiotics the stool test says I'm free of it but I still belch like a rotting whale carcass at least the esophagus pain is mostly gone.

Answers:
C jejuni has a flagella, is oxidase positive and can cause Guillain-Barré syndrome.
